ABCL TEMPLATE

ITEM # 124 Optional Item:  Facilitates the scoring of Item 121 - English form only

Reusable template to make transferring item scores from ABCL forms to profiles.  (Same for both genders.)  Helpful optional aid; reusable cardboard cut-outs that help with the transfer of item sccores from forms completed by respondents to hand-scoring profiles.  Used with items 121 and 122 or 123.  USING TEMPLATES ALONE WILL NOT HAND-SCORE FORMS; USE WITH HAND-SCORING PROFILES.

The numbered problem items on the template do not align perfectly with the current form version due to spacing differences.  Users may slide template vertically to align the problem item numbers.
