Returns and Exchanges

Check your order when it arrives. If we made an error, goods are defective, or you need to exchange or return an item, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Exchanges due to erroneous orders will incur shipping charges. Call 802-656-5130 (or e-mail mail@aseba.org) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must have an RMA number to return or exchange products.
