Placing Orders

We accept Visa and MasterCard only through our online store. We accept orders by mail with payment in full by check or money order, made payable to ASEBA and denominated in U.S. dollars, with an ASEBA Order Form or Invoice. We do not accept orders by phone.

U.S. numbered purchase order forms (denominated in U.S. dollars) may be e-mailed to mail@aseba.org with an ASEBA Order Form or Invoice.

Customers will be charged an address change fee if the delivery address changes after a package leaves our premises for delivery to the original address. If a change notice is received from the Carrier, your credit card will automatically be charged the assessed fee. For other payment methods, you will be billed for the additional charges.

 

Authorized ASEBA Distributors

Canadian customers may order directly from ASEBA at U.S. prices plus applicable international shipping. Electronic transmission (without incurring a shipping cost) is available as an option for most products except packages of forms and hand-scoring profiles.

Payment Terms

All orders must be accompanied by payment or numbered U.S. purchase order forms (net 30 days or interest will accrue). Prices are valid until December 31st of the catalog year.  See Catalog.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Check your order when it arrives. If we made an error, goods are defective, or you need to exchange or return an item, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Exchanges due to erroneous orders will incur shipping charges. Call 802-656-5130 for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must have an RMA number to return or exchange products.

 

Discounts

Shipping Information

Electronic transmission (without incurring a shipping cost) is available as an option for most products except packages of forms and hand-scoring profiles.

"E" versions of Manuals, books, guides, and software can be transmitted electronically with no shipping cost to customers. (Please note that files are available for download for 3 weeks after you receive e-mail notification.)

 

Ground delivery to the 48 contiguous states is $15 per order. For addresses outside the 48 contiguous states, please contact us for shipping options and costs.

 

Next Day and 2nd Day Delivery

Expedited orders must be received by noon U.S. Eastern time to be shipped the same day for delivery 1 or 2 business days later.
