Reusable template to make transferring item scores from ASR forms to profiles. (Same for both genders.)  Helpful optional aid; reusable cardboard cut-outs that help with the transfer of item scores from forms completed by respondents to hand-scoring profiles.  Used with items 111 and 112 or 113.  USING TEMPLATES ALONE WILL NOT HAND-SCORE FORMS; USE WITH HAND-SCORING PROFILES.
