Reusable templates to make transferring item scores from C-TRF forms to hand-scoring profiles easier. (Same for both genders.) Helpful optional aid; reusable cardboard cut-out that helps with the transfer of item scores from forms completed by respondents to hand-scoring profiles.  Used with items 901 and 902.  USING TEMPLATES ALONE WILL NOT HAND-SCORE FORMS; USE WITH HAND-SCORING PROFILES.
