CBCL/6-18 TEMPLATE FOR HAND-SCORING

ITEM # 204 Optional Item: Facilitates the scoring of Item 201- English form only

Reusable templates to make transferring item scores from CBCL/6-18 forms to hand-scoring profiles easier. (Same for both genders.) Helpful optional aid; reusable cardboard cut-out that helps with the transfer of item scores from forms completed by respondents to hand-scored profiles. Used with items 201 and 202 or 203. USING TEMPLATES ALONE WILL NOT HAND-SCORE FORMS; USE WITH HAND-SCORING PROFILES.

The numbered problem items on the template do not align perfectly with the current form version due to spacing differences.  Users may slide the template vertically to align the problem item numbers.
