The Direct Observation Form Manual is available in CD format only. The manual explains the development, standardization, and applications of the DOF. The manual also provides reliability and validity data, scale scores, and answers to common questions. Computer-scoring of the DOF, as covered in Chapter 3 of the Manual, is no longer available.
