Reusable template to make transferring item scores from OASR and OABCL forms to profiles easier.  Helpful optional aid; reusable cardboard cut-outs that help with the transfer of item scores from forms completed by respondents to hand-scoring profiles.  Used with items 011 and 012 or 013, and with items 021 and 022 or 023.  USING TEMPLATES ALONE WILL NOT HAND-SCORE FORMS; USE WITH HAND-SCORING PROFILES.
