TRF/6-18 TEMPLATE FOR HAND-SCORING

ITEM # 304 Optional Item:  Facilitates the scoring of Item 301 - English form only

Reusable templates to make transferring items scores from TRF/6-18 forms to profiles easier. (Same for both genders.) Helpful optional aid; reusable cardboard cut-outs that help with the transfer of item scores from forms completed by respondents to hand-scored profiles. Used with items 301 and 302 or 303.  USING TEMPLATES ALONE WILL NOT HAND-SCORE FORMS; USE WITH HAND-SCORING PROFILES.

The numbered problem items on the template do not align perfectly with the current form version due to spacing differences.  Users may slide template vertically to align the problem item numbers.
