Reusable templates to make transferring item scores from YSR/11-18 forms to profiles easier. (Same for both genders.) Helpful optional aid; reusable cardboard cut-outs that help with the transfer of item scores from forms completed by respondents to hand-scored profiles. Used with items 501 and 502.  USING TEMPLATES ALONE WILL NOT HAND-SCORE FORMS; USE WITH HAND-SCORING PROFILES.
